Amazing

Never imagined any of this stuff would work

Not impressed

Bought this app thinking it would be as good as another of theirs I have, boy was I wrong. Found this one to be a huge waste of money. Wouldnt recommend it at all.

Its ok....

Its a bummer that you pay for the pro and only get a few conveniences (skipping the intro for example) Other than that, some of these apps I enjoy using for relaxing and meditation.

I am new to hypnosis and starting on a new exercise program at the same time. I started an intense work out routine "crossfit" and was suffering at the intensity, but I was focused and determined, so, I thought Id give this a try. After about a week and a half I started to really enjoy the exercise! I did the hypnosis every other day. It worked for me! Ill continue listening a couple times a week. Its great to not dread working out!

Has a mistake I was never told to release my finger pressed to my thumb at the end. Otherwise good.

I write this at the gym after completing another incredibly productive workout. I notice my calories burned are up 10-15 percent per session. Thanks!!

I have been using a couple of these every day since downloading all if them about two months ago. I have experienced measurable benefits as a result. Worth every penny.

Crashes

Since the last update, the app crashes immediately after opening, making it unusable. Please fix.

Awesome App!

Love the update with the continuos listening feature. Ive never slept so good since listening to the Apps at bedtime. I would highly suggest getting a couple of them. Well worth the money!!

Wont open

Cool now that I paid for full version app doesnt even open.

Great motivation

As I started a new fitness program this year there were many times anxiety & apprehension would creep up and I would dread my next workout -- not because the workout was difficult but the task of committing to a full 60 minutes seemed overwhelming... this hypnosis track encourages you to be embrace your exercise program and look forward to the next workout

Ads in a PAID App is Wrong!!!

All of these apps constantly have pop ups to sell the developers other hypnosis apps. For example, if you are listening to "End Anxiety," you will see pop-up questions like: "Do you have trouble sleeping?" If you click "yes," you will be brought to this developers sleep hypnosis app in the App Store. The question changes each time to sell ALL of the developers other hypnosis apps, such as "Do you battle with depression" (to sell their depression hypnosis app), etc. You will then see the same questions EVEN AFTER YOU CLICK "NO." These pop-up ads are UNACCEPTABLE in a PAID APP!!! I wish I hadnt purchased multiple apps by them. Until these ads are removed or there is an option for the user to DISABLE them, I suggest staying away.

On Point!!

This program does what it wants it to do. It make the commitment of exercising easy. I have had other programs stronger in suggestions. Design a program that gives the user options to increase the effect..... Exercising in 80 percent mental anyway.

Enjoying App so far

Been using the app for about a week now. I have been sleeping very soundly but have not yet seen an increase in exercise or healthy eating. Maybe it will come with more repetitions.

Worked for me!

I was diagnosed several years ago with a muscle myopathy disease. I have tried multiple times to start exercising to help gain back some strength but never stuck with it. I suffer from a severe lack of motivation due to exercising being more difficult now. (Walking up stairs or holding a plate of food would sometimes be strenuous.) I saw this app and decided any help was better than none. I have used it for about two months now. I started out listening every night. I now listen for "maintenance" or when I start to feel less motivated. I have gone to the gym no less than 4 times a week in these last 2 months. When I dont go to the gym, I actually get a little upset with myself. (Who knew that would ever happen?!) I can now run 5 miles and still go lift weights. I subconsciously think about the color I am inhaling and exhaling when working out starts getting tough. It definitely worked for me! I have since purchased a few other hypnosis apps to help with nutrition, weight management, and sleeping better. The app is the only thing I have done differently and I feel great!

Great tool to change your attitude

This outfit has some good self hypnosis apps. You need to be able to do this daily for a month so dont try too many at once! If you want to do something but cant seem to get there try it out. It helps you improve your attitude toward whatever it is. If I try to do this at night I usually fall asleep right away, but heck nothing wrong with that. I probably listen in my subconscious mind. Great if you have trouble falling asleep. Its pretty amazing what you discover about yourself with this type of meditation. I actually have been enjoying exercise with far less procrastination and excuses to myself. Enjoying it, lol and realizing there are things I want to do that I didnt know. Like bike riding. Weird.

Before using this app, I had excuses not to to find time for being active. Now I cant wait to find time to do activities I love doing. My life quality and health has improved.

I love being more active. This positive reinforcing has made a big difference in improving my quality of life. It has been also helpful at putting me to sleep.
