Great tool to change your attitude

This outfit has some good self hypnosis apps. You need to be able to do this daily for a month so dont try too many at once! If you want to do something but cant seem to get there try it out. It helps you improve your attitude toward whatever it is. If I try to do this at night I usually fall asleep right away, but heck nothing wrong with that. I probably listen in my subconscious mind. Great if you have trouble falling asleep.

Its pretty amazing what you discover about yourself with this type of meditation. I actually have been enjoying exercise with far less procrastination and excuses to myself. Enjoying it, lol and realizing there are things I want to do that I didnt know. Like bike riding. Weird.
